Consent and disclosures
Your consent, what we record, and how to withdraw it.
This page explains the consent you give when you submit a quote request, and how to withdraw it.
What you agree to
When you complete a quote request and check the consent box, you authorize TradesInsured to share the details you submit with the licensed insurers, agencies, and marketing partners matched to your request, so they can prepare and discuss a quote with you.
Contact consent
You also agree that those matched providers, and TradesInsured on their behalf, may contact you about your request by telephone call, text message, and email at the number and address you provide, including through automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded messages where the law allows. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not required to buy anything, and it is not a condition of any purchase.
What we record
To verify your consent, we store the consent box state, the exact consent language shown to you, a timestamp, your IP address, your browser user agent, and the page you submitted from. We keep these records for up to four years.
How to withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent or stop contact at any time. Ask any caller to place you on their do-not-call list, reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email support@tradesinsured.com and we will pass your request to the providers we shared your details with. Withdrawing consent does not affect sharing that already happened.
Honesty disclosure
TradesInsured is a comparison and quote-matching resource, not an insurer or licensed agency. We are paid by licensed providers for qualified introductions, which is why the service is free to you. This does not change the quotes you receive.
